Margheria

I wanted to create an image similar to the image of the queen stepmother from the fairy tale about Snow White. Beautiful, cold and cruel, hence the luxurious dress, and jewelry, and predatory facial features. Doll in the style of Queen Anne dolls, wood, gesso, oil, human hair, glass eyes.

As always, all fabrics, lace and even threads are antique. Beautiful hand-embroidered Indian silk with bugles, 2 types of silk moire on a cloak and hat, silk ribbons, luxurious, beautiful lace and my great love, antique steel elements in cut'n'steel technique, from which earrings, chatelains and buckles on shoes are made
